THE AUTHOR

Hi, I'm Inga Frišfelde, I'm the author and artist of Frisceramics.
Born in the windy city - Liepāja, currently working in Riga, 60 Gertrudes Street.
With seventeen years of experience in ceramics, I have acquired the skills to transform the material into a work of art and as an everyday object.
I have always been fascinated by the human mind, and it is not for nothing that my mother, a psychotherapist, an ethics teacher, a daughter, an artist, delved into art to understand it more.
I was most fascinated by the contrasts of life events, "good" - "left", "bad" - "good" and it remained interesting, what is the border that seems like balance - harmony? A subjective question. Movement and change are always happening, it's up to us to balance those things.

You will have a choice in which balance you want to be, expressing yourself in art.

Aesthetics is sometimes described as an appreciation of beauty that is inherently "imperfect, impermanent, and imperfect."

It is common in many Japanese art forms.
